1. Pull the plastic release and remove it completely to activate the HB Core.
2. Download Feel applications from App Store or Google Play www.thetouchx.com/feel, and create an account or Log in.
3. Tap the HB Core 5x times continuously (the LED indicator will start rapidly blinking).
4. In Feel app, go to Devices > HB Core > tap “PAIR”.
Follow instructions in Feel app to upload your heartbeat to HB Core.
Double tap the HB Core to see and feel the last received heartbeat.
Send your heartbeat to HB Core remotely by choosing one of your contacts who has HB Core.
1. Use your nails or other sharp object to carefully open the front cover.
2. Remove the battery by pulling it sideways.
3. Insert new CR1632 3V battery.
4. Adjust and close the front cover by pressing on it.
