1. What is HB Ring?

HB Ring is a smart ring, which lets you see and feel the heartbeat of your loved ones, on your ring. HB Ring also saves the last received heartbeat in your ring, and shows it to you anytime you double tap the ring.

2. How does HB Ring work?

You can connect HB Ring to HB Ring app or Feel app where you can upload your heartbeat to the ring to gift it to loved one, or connect it to one of your contacts in Feel app, to have their latest heartbeat updated to the ring, anytime they send you heartbeat in Feel app.

3. What do I need for HB Rings to work?

You will need smartphone with active data plan or a Wi-Fi connection and Feel app.

4. What smartphones HB Ring work with?

HB Ring work with most modern smartphones, which have Bluetooth 4.0 and higher (e.g. iPhone 4S or newer). If you are not sure if your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, please contact us and we will check it for you.

5. Is the communication private?

All the heartbeat data transferred to HB Ring or from your ring uses secure connection. No data is shared or sold to 3rd parties.

6. How much data do HB Rings use? 

HB Ring is using very little data, so you do not have to worry about your data plan. With a typical usage, about 10-15 touches a day, it will use only about 200-400 KB.

7. What are HB Rings made of?

HB Rings come in Stainless Steel/Sapphire and 18K Solid Rose Gold/Sapphire.

8. Do HB Rings contain nickel?

All HB Rings are free of nickel content. HB Ring's metal parts are made of stainless steel and PVD coated in Rose Gold or Jet Black. Solid Rose Gold HB Ring housings are made of 18K solid rose gold.

9. What are the HB Rings dimensions?

HB Rings are 3.9mm thick, 12.1mm wide and they come in 8 different sizes.

10. Are HB Rings water resistant?

Yes. HB Rings are water resistant, which means it will withstand short exposures to water, but we do not recommend submerging HB Rings under water for long periods of time.

11. What is HB Rings expected battery life?

Expected battery life in typical daily use of 10-15 heartbeats is up to 14 hours. Your ring battery may drain faster depending on how often the heartbeat is being updated in the ring.

13. What comes in the box?

Each order includes:

14. What countries do we deliver to?

We currently ship to addresses only within following countries:
North America:Canada and United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
*We do not deliver to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. Please note we do not deliver to Mexico, and South America.

Europe:EU countries including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.
*We do not deliver to Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovena, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine.

Asia/Pacific:Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarder addresses, with an exception of military APO/FPO address.

15. How to return and exchange ring sizes

You can return your HB Rings within 30 days after receiving your order for a ring size exchange or a refund, as long as the rings are not damaged.

1. For whom is TheTouch Locket?

TheTouch Locket is for people who believe that there is nothing more precious than a heartbeat of a loved one!

2. How does TheTouch Locket work?

Double tap TheTouch Locket to see and feel your loved ones heartbeat on your Locket.

To upload your loved one's heartbeat in TheTouch Locket using your Feel application.

3. What do I need for using TheTouch Locket?

To upload your loved one's heartbeat in TheTouch Locket using you will need smartphone and Feel application.

4. Can you pair 2 Lockets together?

No. Currently there is no option of pairing 2 TheTouch Lockets together. However this is expected to be available with later updates, in mid 2023.

5. Can you pair Lockets with HB Ring?

No. Currently there is no option of pairing TheTouch Locket with HB Ring. However this is expected to be available with later updates, in mid 2023.

6. Can I gift TheTouch Locket and then send my heartbeat to it?

Yes. You can gift TheTouch Locket to your loved one and then send them your heartbeat using Feel application, which they can use to upload it to the Locket.

7. What smartphones work with HB Ring?

TheTouch Locket work with most modern smartphones, which have Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. If you are not sure if your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, please contact us and we will check it for you.

8. Do I need to pay in app subscription fee?

No. You don't need to pay subscription fee for using TheTouch Locket.

Feel app has premium subscription options, however you don't need to have the subscription to use TheTouch Locket with Feel app.

9. Do I need active data or WiFi connection?

No. You do not need full time active data connection for TheTouch Locket to work.

You will need  data or WiFi connection only when you want to update the heartbeat in your TheTouch Locket.

10. Is TheTouch Locket communication private?

All the heartbeat data transferred to or from TheTouch Locket uses secure private connection. We do not collect or store location data.

11. What are TheTouch Locket made of?

TheTouch Lockets are made of crystal glass and stainless steel, with a PVD coating.

They do not contain nickel and are hypoallergenic.

12. What is TheTouch Locket expected battery life?

Expected battery life with typical daily use is up to 6 years. The battery life will depend on how often the heartbeat is being updated in the ring, and how often you double tap

14. Can TheTouch Locket battery be replaced?

Yes. You can replace the battery of TheTouch Locket by yourself, by twisting open the glass of the locket counterclockwise. Or you can send us your TheTouch Locket for battery replacement.

The replacement battery cost is $3-5, excluding shipping fees.

15. Is TheTouch Locket battery rechargable?

No. TheTouch Locket battery is not rechargeable. The battery is replaceable to make sure TheTouch Locket will serve you all your life, with a simple battery change.

16. Is TheTouch Locket water resistant?

Yes. TheTouch Locket is water resistant, which means it will withstand exposures to water, but we do not recommend submerging it under water for long periods of time.

1. For whom is HB Ring?

HB Ring is made for people for whom there is nothing more special, than the heartbeat of their loved ones.

It can help feel closer to loved ones, when you are not near them, as well as make sure you have that most precious feeling saved forever.

2. How does HB Ring work?

HB Ring reads your loved one's heartbeat using sensors inside the ring and sends it to your HB Ring, where it is displayed.

If you have only one HB Ring, you can send your heartbeat to your loved one using Feel application, by placing your finger on phone camera and once your loved one can upload and see it displayed on their HB Ring.

3. What do I need for using HB Rings?

You will need one, or a pair of HB Rings and a smartphone with HB Ring app or Feel application. You will also need an active data or WiFi connection, in order to send/receive heartbeats using HB Ring and/or Feel app.

4. How to use single HB Ring?

Upload your loved ones heartbeat to your HB Ring using Feel app application. Then double tap you HB Ring anywhere you are, to see and feel the heartbeat of your loved one on your ring.

5. How to use a pair of HB Rings?

With pair of HB Rings you can see and feel the real-time heartbeat of your loved one on your ring, after you double tap your HB Ring.

Both you and your partner must be wearing HB Rings and have them connected to HB Ring app.

Once your HB Rings are set and accounts paired, you can double tap your ring and after few seconds you will see and feel your partner's real-time heartbeat on your HB Ring.

6. What smartphones work with HB Ring?

HB Rings work with most modern smartphones, which have Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. If you are not sure if your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, please contact us and we will check it for you.

7. Do I need to pay in app subscription fee?

No. You don't need to pay subscription fee for using HB Rings.

HB Ring app is completely free and does not have any subscription options.

Feel app has premium subscription options, however you don't need to have the subscription to use HB Rings with Feel app.

8. What happens when there is no connection?

When there is no data connection, HB Ring will show the last saved heartbeat.

HB Ring always saves the last received heartbeat in the ring, forever.

9. Is HB Ring communication privat?

All the heartbeat data transferred to or from HB Ring uses secure private connection.

We do not collect or store location data!

10. What are HB Rings made of?

HB Rings are made of sapphire crystal, stainless steel and 18K solid gold, depending on the version.

HB Rings do not contain nickel and are hypoallergenic.

11. What is HB Rings expected battery life?

Expected battery life in typical daily use of 3-5 heartbeats displayed, is up to 16 hours. Your ring battery life will depend on how often the heartbeat is being updated in the ring.

12. Can HB Ring's battery be replaced?

Yes. HB Ring's batteries can be replaced if they malfunction or if after many years of use they do not keep the charge for expected amount of hours. This makes HB Rings a timeless smart jewelry that can be passed though generations.

14. Are HB Rings water resistant?

HB Rings are water resistant, which means it will withstand exposures to water, but we do not recommend submerging HB Rings under water for long periods of time.

1. How can I order?

You can order our product by going to our Shop and choosing your preferred color combination and ring size.

After submitting an order, you will receive order confirmation and a tracking number for your package.

2. How long does it take to receive the order?

It takes about 5-7 work days to receive your order. For remote address some packages may take longer to arrive.

3. Can I change the ring size or color after making an order?

Yes, you can change your products color and size before the order is shipped.

4. What countries do we ship to?

We currently ship to addresses only within following countries.

North America: Canada and United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Europe: EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Asia/Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE.

5. Do I have to pay import tax or duties on the delivery?

For delivery address within EU and US all taxes and duties are paid.

For all other countries, please see our Delivery/Returns page for more information.

6. Do we ship to APO/FPO address?

Yes. We do ship to military APO/FPO address, however please take into account the delivery can take 14+ days.

1. Do the products come with warranty?

All our products come with 2 years limited warranty. warranty covers faults, malfunctions, or other factory defects. While warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss or theft of the products.

2. Can the warranty be extended?

Yes. We offer extended by 1 or 2 years, warranty for selected products at an additional cost.

The extended warranty adds on top of the 2 year standard warranty.

3. Will engraving the products void the warranty?

Engraving the products after purchase does not void the warranty, as long as the product is not damaged.

4. How to clean the products?

You can use moist cloth with mild soap solution to clean your TheTouch Locket or HB Ring.

We do not recommend using ultrasonic cleaning. as it may damage the internal components of the products.

1. Can I return my order, without giving reason?

Yes, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days after receiving your package. The products must be unused and undamaged.

2. How do I initiate a return?

Please send us an email at info@thetouchx.com with your order number and you will receive prepaid shipping label for returning your order.

Free returns are available for addresses within North America and Europe. For all other address, return shipping fee may be charged. Please see our Delivery/Returns page for more information.

3. Can I exchange my ring size?

You can exchange your ring size within 30 days after receiving your package. The products must be unused and undamaged.

During exchange you can also change your rings or charger boxes color.

To initiate an size exchange please send us an email at info@thetouchx.com with your order number and new size which you would like to have.

4. Are size exchanges free?

Yes, size exchanges are free of charge, as long as the new item matches the price of original item.

Shipping costs for size exchanges are fully covered for orders within North America and Europe. For all other address, return shipping fee may be charged. Please see our Delivery/Returns page for more information.

5. Can I return my order after size exchange?

You can return your order after size exchange within 14 days after receiving your package with size replacement, as long as the products are not used or damaged. A restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the total refund amount, in order to cover the extra shipping costs.

If you are not sure about your replacement ring size, we recommend to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Can I return my product if I added custom engraving?

Products with custom engravings cannot be returned, as the product was customized according to the customers unique preferences.

7. Can I return my product if I damaged the product?

Damaged products cannot be returned for a refund, but can be retuned for a repair. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the damaged product for a repair.
