Delivery/Returns/Exchanges

DELIVERY

You will receive tracking number for your package within 1-2 work days after submitting an order. Orders are shipped using DHL or UPS. We are responsible for all freight, packing, insurance and other shipping-related costs and expenses. Once the Product is delivered, ownership of the Product and the risk of that Product’s loss passes to buyer.

We ship to:
North America: United States and Canada

Europe: EU Countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Asia/Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE.
*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarder addresses, with an exception of military APO/FPO address.


IMPORT TAXES

United States and EU: All import taxes and duties are included in price.

All other countries: Import taxes may be charged at your local customs.

Please check the amount import tax with your local customs authority. Orders are shipped from EU.

*In case you decide to return your order, it is your responsibility to claim a refund for your paid taxes from your customs or government authority.
**In case if the customer decides not to pay the import taxes and the order is returned to us, the return shipping costs are deducted from the final amount of refund.


RETURNS
You can return your order within 30 days after the day you receive your order, and receive full refund.

For orders with value over 399.00 USD/EUR - Return shipping is free.

For orders with value less then 399.00 USD/EUR - Return shipping costs 9.99 USD/EUR and will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

To return your order and receive a refund, all following conditions must be met:
-Notify us about your return by sending an email at info@thetouchx.com within 30 days after receiving your order.
-The return package must be shipped within 30 days after you receive the pre-paid return shipping label.
-All accessories originally included with your order must be included with your return to qualify for a refund. 
-Returned Product must be not used and the product tags must be intact.
-All included accessories must be without sign of extensive use.

You can return your order after size exchange, within 14 days after receiving your package with size replacement, as long as the products are not used or damaged. A restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the total refund amount, in order to cover the extra shipping expenses.

*In case you paid any import taxes or duties, it is your responsibility to claim refund from your customs or government authority.
**In case returned Product has signs of extensive use, the amount of refund can be subjected to change.

Shipping fees are not subjected to refund.

After returning the Product, please allow 14 days for the return to be processed and the refund completed to the original source of payment.

SIZE EXCHANGE 

You can exchange your HB Ring sizes for different size during 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the security tags on rings are intact. You need to send out the return package within 30 days after receiving return shipping label.

Shipping costs for first ring size exchange are covered by us, using our pre-paid return shipping label. Any subsequent ring size exchange is possible at additional fee, depending on the shipping location.

For exchanging your ring sizes you would need to return us the rings to be exchanged and we will send replacement rings within 5-7 days, depending on availability of sizes.
